Refugees: It's not about the XP - it's about the EXPERIENCE!

Welcome Traveller!

Refugees is currently celebrating our seventh year together. As you will find from reading our long and storied History section, it has been a long, strange trip for most of us. We are many things to many people. To some, we are an escape. From reality. From the mundane. From their normal 'day-to-day' lives. To others we are allies. Friends. Compatriots. Fellow adventurers along the same journey.

But to those who have worn the uniform and flown the banner for any real length of time, there is only one word which I believe aptly describes us: H_O_M_E. We believe that you don't have to be hardcore, just an adult, to be able to enjoy gaming alongside us.

At the end of the day, what you need to know if you are reading these words for the very first time is this: you don't have to be l33t to hang with us - you just have to be someone looking to have fun alongside of some very cool friends :-) If this sounds like you, then by all means, read on. If not, then good luck in your adventures!

Grimmel: Took the weekend off. I am on most nights between 9pm and 11 pm central.

Trenniss: Just wanted to say thank you very much for the flowers I got from the Refs today. They are beautiful and so are you guys! Thank you for your thoughts and prayers through my mom's passing...

Nefchast saryss: I've been on and off the past few days, it's been pretty quiet from what I've seen.

Fernmug: Ok, I have been back on the last two days. My time must not be matching everyone else's.

Brodibble: Yes, best game i've seen in years. Makes it hard to go back to watching the Leafs. It's like watching paint dry lol

Imajicaan: Sorry guys, Mom and Dad stayed longer than expected. I *will* be on tomorrow night, no question. And Dawn and I's schedule is starting to calm down so we should both be back around quite a bit.

Imajicaan: My parents are here until Tue. 2/9...should be on at least Tuesday and Wednesday night this week!
