My good and excellent friends, nay, family! I am feeling a joyous little excellence in my heart and soul right now simply for being here. That's not poetic, its truth. So special.

At any rate, I'm good. I hope you're all well. I see some faces (names) I don't recognize but that's a good thing, our family is organic. My son, Cainan Josiah David Studtman, is about 18 months now and he's the greatest quest and quest reward all in one. Fantastic! It's been 18 months since his escape from the Cave of Sorrows and he looks to be progressing as a fine dwarven lad ought to.

Me, I went back to school to grab an understanding in computer systems stuff and found I only needed like five classes to get a particular degree so shuffled off in that direction for a moment. I write some (actually trying to polish a story to enter into a contest by May 31) and watch my favorite shows (Fringe, Lie to Me, Dexter, Bones, SGU, Caprica, etc).

But when Starcraft comes out I'll have to set the shows aside. I've played Fallout 3 and Dragon Age in the last year but I've not finished either one - I just poop out on them. Probably if I didn't create like 9 different characters it'd go better for me! Can't help it, get part way through and I'm like "ooo, what would this talent and that spec and that choice..what would *that* do?" And then I'm seduced. But yeah, Starcraft - the game that really started it all for me - will be here soon. Hopefully I can experience some of that with some Refugees smile

Miss you all. See you soon.
