Hi all, I am Grahf. I applied to this guild today after being impressed with the webstie. I have been putting off finding a guild for a few weeks, and now that the server transfer is done, it's a good time for me to find a community to settle into. I was suprised with how promptly I was recruited into the guild, having received the invite only 5 minutes after applying.
My gaming history goes further back than I remember. I started on a Commodore 64 with Pac-Man and Popeye, and have been interested in computers ever since.
As for my MMO history, I started with Asheron's Call. AC holds a place in my heart as being the best MMO I've played, but only for a short time. MMO's often have a 'peak' after release where it's more fun to play, and game quality deteriorates after that.
My guild switched over to DAoC when it was released (2002?) and I played that on and off for about a year. I also dabbled in other mmo's like Planetside, AO, WoW, and AoC.
Recently in life I have mostly played an RTS game called Dawn of War. It's had bogus patches and poor maintenance recently but I still play it for some reason.
I graduated college just over a year ago and have gotten my first real career job in Colorado. I have a girlfriend who has no interest in games but is fine doing grad school work by me while I play.
I look forward to learning this guild's culture, and hope to romp destruction with you guys.
